Dear Creekside Village Priority Homebuyer, Thank you for your interest in the Creekside Village condominium community. Phase 1, 1,2,3,4, & 5 have successfully sold out! By filling out a pre-qualification form from our preferred lender, Chase Home Finance, your name will be added to our Priority Buyer list.

We have ensured our remaining tenants that prospective buyers will not tour their homes. Therefore, we have created a model of three floor plans, complete with the upgrade package the homeowners will enjoy at Creekside Village. There is a substantial Priority List. In order to avoid a camp out and be fair to everyone on the priority list, the following procedure will be followed:
